Dash4Dignity
The Dash4Dignity is a 5k run or walk meant to promote awareness about those in crisis around us in the Anne Arundel County and Baltimore City areas and raise funds in order to support those of us in need. City of Refuge is located in the midst of one of Baltimore’s most struggling and industrial neighborhoods where nearly 40% of the residents live below the Federal Poverty Level.
