City Lights brings you on our journey by giving you an exclusive look at our impact in South Baltimore. Together we can bring light, hope, and transformation to our community. The best part? Every cent goes directly toward our programs. And it starts with you. Join us on a collective journey for long-term impact.

What is City Lights?

City Lights is the City of Refuge membership program for our monthly donors. It’s a community of supporters who understand the importance of making a sustaining commitment to people in need. City of Refuge is not just a one-time stop for South Baltimore residents but a consistent place of encouragement and resources, which means that we can’t do this work without consistent donors.
